We are looking for an experienced Facebook Advertising Agency/Individual to work on a freelance basis in supporting the Indilens Web Solutions marketing team. You will manage paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies. It will be in a freelance position that will require a part-time commitment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Perform an initial audit to assess current paid digital marketing performance.
Create and optimize paid media campaigns for various KPIs – lead generation, brand awareness, newsletter sign-ups, ebook downloads, and webinar sign-ups
Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge campaigns from conception to launch
Collaborate with internal teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy
Implement and monitor bidding strategies, including cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-impression (CPM), to maximize return on investment (ROI)
Prepare and present regular performance reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders, including detailed insights into campaign performance and recommendations for future improvement
What You Need to Get the Job Done
Experience running ads with a budget greater than $500/week is an advantage
Working on B2B paid media on the client or agency side
Strong track record of launching and managing successful paid media campaigns in a B2B setting
Experience creating campaigns that deliver ROI/ROA to the business – in English (presenting client references or case studies will be a plus!)
Experience launching campaigns in Polish or Spanish will be an advantage
Experience across various paid media channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Bing Ads
Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and the ability to develop campaigns that drive leads and conversions
Knowledge of social listening and AI solutions, specifically chatbots and voice bots, and experience in creating and managing campaigns for these product lines
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and the ability to create and manage campaigns to drive organic traffic to the website
